"правило М" (США): 1) распоряжение Совета управляющих ФРС об исполнении условий Закона о достоверности информации в кредитовании (см. Truth in Lending Act) в потребительском лизинге; распространяется на аренду свыше четырех месяцев предметов личного или семейного потребления; требует от лизинговых компаний в письменной форме раскрывать истинную стоимость аренды, включая гарантийный депозит, ежемесячные платежи, налоги, условия аренды (страхование, ответственность, гарантии), а также возможность одного разового платежа или покупки собственности после истечения аренды; 2) = subchapter M.* * ** * *. Распоряжение Совета управляющих ФРС об установлении резервных требований ко всем депозитным учреждениям. Банки - члены ФРС должны держать резервы под сумму чистых займов у иностранных отделений других банков в течение 28-дневного периода 'усреднения'. 'Правило Эм' также обязывает банки - члены ФРС держать резервы под евродолларовые займы, выданные зарубежными отделениями этих банков компаниям, работающим на внутреннем рынке, на достижение целей внутреннего рынка .
